Michaela Jackson

Leasing Counselor

Michaela joined Parc Provence in July 2023 as a Leasing Counselor. She takes pride in assisting and providing families with the best customer service and with the overall leasing and admission process here at Parc Provence.

She has worked in long term care for 16 years. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in the St Louis Area in 2007. As the years progressed, she has held other positions such as Assistant Admissions Coordinator, Medical Records, Staffing Coordinator and Memory Care Director. This experience led her to obtain her Social Service Designee Certificate, and she worked in Social Services. Later, she completed her Nursing Home Administrators License and became Assistant Administrator.

While working in long term care, Michaela studied Business Administration at Saint Louis Community College. She is married, and together they have three children and two dogs.
